Job Title:

International Performance Business Project Manager - full time/part time

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of international performing arts projects, including but not limited to performance planning, artist management, cultural exchange activities, etc.;
• Develop and maintain partnerships in the international performing arts market, including performing arts companies, theaters, cultural institutions, media, etc.;
• Coordinate the team to ensure the smooth progress of the project and solve the problems in the project execution;
• Follow up the international performing arts market dynamics, analyze industry trends, and provide strategic suggestions for the company's business development; Participate in the company's brand promotion and market development, and enhance the company's influence in the international performing arts field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in media, art management, international relations, marketing or related field is preferred;
• At least 3 years working experience in performing arts agency, cultural promotion or related field, experience in Sino-US cultural exchange program is preferred;
• Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills; Excellent project management skills, team spirit and ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm for Sino-US cultural exchanges;
• Able to travel, familiar with international business etiquette and cultural differences.
